full-service interior design
Vitale Interiors is a full-service design studio for people who
understand that where you live shapes who you become and are ready to build an environment that reflects not just who they are, but who they are becoming.
Every project begins the same way: we go deep. Into how you live, how you work, how you want to feel. Into what's working, what isn't, and what you haven't yet been able to name. From there, we build a vision and we don't stop until the space earns it.
Every decision is made through four principles: identity, function, flow, and beauty. Because a space shouldn’t just reflect your taste; it should support the way you want to live. The result is never just a beautiful room.
the process
We manage every decision so you don't have to: space planning, materials, furnishings, lighting, sourcing, and every detail in between. Full Service Design reimagines your home from the inside out, creating spaces that restore you, inspire you and enrich everyday life.

full-service design
Design at the earliest stages. We help shape the bones of the space itself, so design intention is built in from day one, not layered on at the end. We work alongside architects, contractors, and builders as the connective thread between structure and lived experience, making sure every structural decision serves the life the space is meant to support.
from the ground up
new builds & renovations
Focusing on wellness, hospitality, retail, and experience-driven businesses, we create environments that strengthen brand identity and elevate the customer experience. From decor to construction (new buildouts, renovations, or structural change) designs are filtered through a process that grounds every project in intention, not just aesthetics.

Ready to book?
We have a two-room minimum when beginning a new project together. This allows us to create a more cohesive vision for your home and consider how the spaces relate to and support one another.
We’ll discuss the rooms you have in mind during your initial consultation and determine the best place to begin.
what do i need to know about working together?
Good design takes time. Project timelines are tailored to the specific scope, size, phases, and complexity of each project. At the start of our work together, we’ll establish a clear anticipated timeline and guide the process from one phase to the next.
While unforeseen circumstances can arise throughout any design or construction project, we’re experienced in navigating them thoughtfully keeping the process moving while protecting the integrity of the design.
how long will my project take?
YOURS. Our role is to understand your taste, your lifestyle, and how you want to live—then translate that into a home that feels distinctly your own. Along the way, we may gently push you beyond what you would have chosen on your own and encourage you to trust us and the process. That’s part of why you hired us.
Our happiest, most satisfied clients are the ones who give us that trust. The end goal is never a home that looks like ours. It’s a home that feels unmistakably like you.
will the design be my style or yours?
No. Your flat design fee is established at the beginning of the project and will not change for the agreed-upon scope of work. Your design fee covers our professional design services and does not include construction, trade labor, materials, furnishings, product purchases, delivery, or other third-party costs outlined separately in your proposal.
If you decide to add additional rooms or services beyond the original scope, we’ll discuss those with you first and agree on any additional fees before moving forward.
will you keep asking me for more money
The final design should never feel like a surprise. Our process is intentionally collaborative, with thoughtful conversations, guidance, and approvals built in along the way.
We’ll meet, review, refine, and make decisions together throughout the process. Nothing is purchased or ordered without your approval, so by the time we arrive at the final design, it should feel considered, familiar—and completely right for you.
What if i don't like my design?

"VI's virtual interior design sessions are worth every penny. Kate was able to visually present me ideas for my house that were practical & so aligned. I was really impressed with how she was able to take the vision from my mind & visually present it to me in a way that felt really doable to my family."
